How Can I Support You?

Having been the director of a prominent, highly successful early childhood program, I have built up a considerable amount of experience, tools, networks, and guidance in this field I am so passionate about. Even before the global pandemic, managing a preschool is a challenging, and sometimes isolating responsibility. It is also a powerfully impactful and extremely rewarding role, when activated in a way that connects to your skills, your available resources, and your having the appropriate support you need.

    Even the best of us approach our daily responsibilities of teaching by missing things. Whether it is operational with how you manage the class, to a specific, unrelenting problem, and everything in between, my approach is empathy-based, structured, and built around your school’s expectations and approach.

    With a wide range of topics to discuss, my approach is judgement-free, solution-based, and aims at removing the anxiety from the parents so that they can do what many call impossible…enjoy parenting!

Everything I do is based on a process of listening to your needs, recognizing your strengths, evaluating your resources (i.e. finances, teacher quality, materials, etc.), and working with you to create a plan of action focused on those needs. Whether it is working with your teachers, addressing acute behavioral challenges with children, supporting and/or communicating with your parent body, or simply reflecting on the systems of your program, through Genius of Each, transformative work is possible on all things big and small.
